The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond is a sleek, contemporary oasis that will enhance even the grandest of landscape designs. The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond is manufactured using 4mm Aluminium, making it light yet durable and resistant to corrosion. ADEZZ Aluminium Ponds look equally sublime sitting at ground level or recessed.

A Polyurea coating on the inside comes as standard.

The standard colours available to order online are

• RAL7021 Black Grey
• RAL9016 Traffic White
• RAL7035 Light Grey

The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond can be powder coated with any RAL colour on request. Please contact us to discuss options. Please note there is a 15% additional start-up cost for non-standard RAL colours.

Optional Walls and Waterfalls

You will see images of ADEZZ Aluminium Ponds in various sizes with optional walls and waterfalls in the thumbnails. These are available to order separately online.

There are two types of Aluminium Walls.

Freestanding Aluminium Walls

Place Freestanding Aluminium Walls behind the pond. Freestanding Aluminium Walls can be the same length or depth as the pond, they can be more comprehensive, or they can be narrower. Position Freestanding Aluminium Walls in a central position or position off-centre. Freestanding Aluminium Walls can be the same colour as corresponding ADEZZ Aluminium Ponds, or they can be different.

Fixed Aluminium Walls

Place Fixed Aluminium Walls on the edge of the Aluminium Pond. The length of the Fixed Aluminium Wall must be the same as the length of the Aluminium Pond edge. Fixed Aluminium Walls can be the same colour as corresponding ADEZZ Aluminium Ponds, or they can be different.

Waterfalls

Order Waterfalls with the Aluminium Walls. Waterfalls are available with an outflow of 50mm and 150mm. More information is available on the ADEZZ Aluminium Walls product page.

Unpack the ADEZZ Aluminium Pond immediately. Moisture between the packaging and the pond can not remain sealed; it will result in irregular rust and stains.

Each pond has two connections as standard, with 1-inch inner tread. Also, each pond has an overflow pipe which can be easily removed (see CAD drawing).

The ADEZZ Aluminium Pond must be maintained (cleaning and removing limescale). Make sure that the pH of the water is 7 (neutral).

Usage in Winter

You can leave the pump in the water over the winter, providing that you follow the instructions below.

• Remove the plug from the power socket in case of frost
• Lower the water level to at least 10cm below the edge

ADEZZ Aluminium Garden Ponds are all made to order. Standard colours RAL7021 Black Grey, RAL9016 Traffic White and RAL7035 Light Grey carry a lead time of 8 weeks. For all other RAL colours, please allow a lead time of up to 10 weeks.

How Will My Order be Delivered?

We will deliver your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Our delivery methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process.

Riverhill Garden Supplies will select the appropriate dispatch method when you order based on your location and the product(s) that you have ordered.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.

We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes an ADEZZ product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
