You can return your order up to 60 days after delivery
Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order products. This includes all products by ADEZZ and all products in the Fibreglass Collection.

The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day.
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.
Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps
- Remove the goods completely from their packaging
- Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
- Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
- Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund
The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
