The Terracotta Tall Square Planter is available in three different sizes. It is ideal for formal planting schemes and the perfect host for specimen trees and shrubs. When planting up this frost-proof terracotta pot, please pay close attention to the measurements - a clipped ligustrum privet ball will help you achieve the 'look'. For best results ensure that the head of the ligustrum is relative to the width of the tall square terracotta planter.

All terracotta pots in the 'Terracotta Garden Pots' range are frost resistant. The designs are traditional and timeless - for best results adopt a formal planting scheme.

The Terracotta pots will improve with age. Any minerals that have surfaced during the firing process will wash away.

Riverhill Garden Supplies will select the appropriate dispatch method when you order based on your location and the product(s) that you have ordered.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.

We charge a flat rate of £50.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland if your order includes an ADEZZ product.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

• Remove the goods completely from their packaging
• Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
• Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
• Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
